Qingdao Haiyongde Foundry Machine Co.,Ltd. covers an area of approximately 19,800sq.meters with building area of 5,000sq.meters and holds fixed assets of 4.8 million Yuan. It is equipped with 1.5ton main frequency furnace, a set of 500kg middle frequency funace and a 250kh middle frequency furnace; a 3ton cupola furnace for iron melting, two 10ton navigation vehicle, three sand mixing machine, a sand clearing chamber and heat treatment outfire kiln; chemical analysis lab and an all purpose material separation machine.

The company is mostly engaged in the manufacture of various cast-steel bollards with an annual capacity (20#-45#) of 2,000t and bollards made of manifold cast iron (20-40) up to 5,000t. It utilizes molding techniques comprising resin sand mould and waterglass sand mould. Alcohol-based paint is painted to ensure the good quality of casting exterior.
